Refunds and Returns policy

Overview

Our refunds and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from return. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom-made pieces.

In the unlikely event that your print or frame is damaged, you must report this within one week of delivery. All questions should be sent to sales@skiandpowder.com. Please include an image of the product and a photo of the packaging.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

Only full-price items can be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded.

Please do not return your purchase to the sender.

If you have a problem with your delivery, please contact us within 14 days from the time your order appears as delivered and we will do our best to investigate and find a solution.

If you provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to our printing partner and discarded. If you wish to receive another print/frame with an updated address, you will be responsible for the cost of the new order.

Unclaimed items are returned to our printing partner and disposed of. If you wish to receive another print/frame, you will be responsible for the cost of the new order.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially recorded.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@skiandpowder.com.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to sales@skiandpowder.com and we will tell you how to proceed.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time of the exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.

If you’re returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
